Once a contract is signed and service delivery has commenced, we are unable to issue refunds. We encourage all clients to carefully review our service agreements and clarify any questions before committing to our services.

Aidefinitive provides exclusively online and digital AI services. As such, there are no physical products to ship or deliver.
All of our services, deliverables, and communications are accessed and provided electronically through our secure online platform or via agreed-upon digital channels. You will receive access to our services and any related materials digitally, as outlined in your service agreement.

Given that Aidefinitive offers non-refundable online and digital AI services, there is no physical product to return, and therefore, we do not have a return policy or process.
Our focus is on delivering the agreed-upon AI solutions and support as defined in your contract. Should you have any concerns regarding the performance or delivery of our services, please contact our support team, and we will work to address them within the scope of our service agreement.
We understand that circumstances can change. Aidefinitive offers a limited window for the cancellation of service contracts.
You may cancel your service contract within 24 hours of signing the agreement. To initiate a cancellation, you must notify us in writing (e.g., via email to [Your Contact Email for Cancellations]) within this 24-hour period.
All promotional offers are valid only when payments are made through our official Stripe payment link. Flat and percentage-based discount coupons must be applied at the time of checkout; no adjustments will be made post-payment. Each coupon code is valid for one-time use per client unless otherwise stated.
Discounts are not applicable to previously purchased services or ongoing contracts. Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Misuse of promotional codes may result in cancellation of the order or service. All promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
